Admin Panel 403 Forbidden Error

I am using 3.70. When i try to enter admin dashboard, it gives 403 forbidden error for some of the tables on dashboard randomly. I am checking F12 Dev Tools Network section and i see some ajax calls randomly gives this 403 error. I am refreshing the page and it gives this error again with random requests for dashboard. And I am not getting this error on localhost, just on published web site.

I am suspecting from IIS, but really don't know what to do, how to fix it or what's causing this problem.

If you can just check this out, or giving any tip is much appreciated.

may be you need to check the ACL permission.

may be admin user don't have enough permission from ACL
