Contact Us Page Not Sending Emails

Hello,

We seem to be having a problem with our contact us page, with nop v3.9. Nothing happens upon submiting a message through the "contact us" page.

No entry is registered in the email queue nor in the log, and no message is being sent. However, other emails (such as purchase completed, paid etc. are being sent properly).

Any help on how to fix this would be apprecciated.

Nwe use custom theme by noptemplates
