I want create a paging in featured products box show on homepage, but I don't see function or plugins on nopcomerce to help me do it. So, how can I customize to create a paging in featured products box show on homepage ? I want display paging like as page number 1,2,3....etc

The easiest solution will be using a jQuery plugin, e.g. https://github.com/infusion/jQuery-Paging, in your theme.
