Idea to avoid duplicate posts on nopCommerce forum

Hi nopCommerce Team,

I can see that there are lots of duplicate post for the same topics on nopCommerce forum.

For example:

https://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/t/48650/nopcommerce-39-mailchimp-install-error-.aspx

https://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/t/48649/nopcommerce-39-mailchimp-install-error-.aspx

These two are the exact same copy. It contains exact same topic title and also the exact same contents. I compared words as well, even the length of the message is the same.

Divyag has started very good topic, so that forum moderator can see duplicate post.

It is good to identify duplicate posts but my idea is to avoid duplicate posts.

For Forum Users:

1) Before adding any new post on forum, please try to google for that topic using different keywords, Sometime users are typing whole error OR whole message rather than searching keywords. Please not that google understands keywords in much better way than whole sentences. So please try to google out before adding any post.

2) If posts are common than other users will find easily when they come across same problem.

3)If post exist for some topic and you've different question regarding that topic, put your question on that post itself rather than creating another one.

For nopCommerce Team:
1) I noticed one thing that, while creating new post if we hit the submit button twice by mistake, It is adding duplicate post ( I am sure the same thing happens for the duplicate post I mentioned above)

2) Can we check whether the exact same topic name is already exist before adding new post? I mean if the topic name match exactly the same means it is already added.  

3) Can we've a captcha control next to submit button? It will help.

I am sure that these new improvements will help in reducing duplicate posts on forum.

I am hoping to have response by nopCommerce team on this soon.

But I think it would be more better if you create your post under nopcommercecom-website board
