Need dev to make changes to modified nop 3.6

Here is an overview of some items I need done:
- Change category list on home page so it is a scrollable object, including being able to specify that some of these "buttons" need to have a different background color (top 3 buttons on the list).
- Currently has ad rotator at top. Need to move it to right side.
- On home page, put a slide show in middle of page; a slide show where admins can control: (a) display time for each slide independently; (b) URL for each slide, if clicked on; and (c) captions per slide.
- Instead of nop-included search (that we've modified quite a bit), replace with Google Search.
Please start out by giving me an estimate to do the above items, showing a price per each item.
Also, tell me about your applicable development experience.
Then, if your estimate, etc. looks good, we can talk about what you would charge about some other items, less cosmetic, that are specific to the mods we've done to nop 3.6.
