Shopping cart 404 - File or Directory not found error in 3.90

Hi,
it's the second time that a customer reports the above error when trying to open shopping cart.
This is the case.

A customer fills his shopping cart regularly, but, when tries to open the cart, the above error is fired at this url https://www.mysite.it/errorpage.htm?aspxerrorpath=/cart.

I watched the shoppingcart table but everything's fine, so the error must be somewhere else.
I tried to empty the cart and start filling from the beginning impersonating the customer, but the error is stilled fired. If the cart is empty the cart page opens correctly.
Take into account that other customers orders regularly, so the problem should depend from some corrupted data regarding the customer.
The customer made many other orders in the past regularly. Trying to reorder a past order the error fires again.

I found in GenericAttribute table the

<DiscountCouponCodes><CouponCode Code="FakeCode" /></DiscountCouponCodes>

record, deleted it and everything works fine.
