rename home page

I don't want my home page link to be called 'home page' I want to call it just 'home'. Where is this done at?

If this is a duplicate question I do apologize but i can't find it on Google or in this forum.

Using NOP 4.

Change it in Admin -> Configuration -> Lauguages
Click Edit the Language i.e. English
Click on String Resources Tab
Enter resource name "homepage" and Search  
Edit and Update the value
Click the Clear the Cache (the top right hand button) to change and check

I would have NEVER thought to do that. In fact I don't know why they add page only to home. Contact us isn't Contact us Page.
