Localization problem v3.80

Hello,
after updating from 3.50 to 3.80 i have problems with localization settings.
In all tabs at the admin site i have the default and another two.
I have two languages and in admin panel there are three with the third not working.

I'd like to share that the character - was making the problem. After removing it from the language description works fine.
