Blacklist Customer IP Address

Hello All,

I want to blacklist customer IP address in NopCommerce 3.4

Because the guest customer has added the 900+ items in his cart in just 1 hour. I don't understand how it is possible

Does this kind of situation is bug of NopCommerce?

You can search the marketplace for a plugin, or also there are mentions in the forums about how to do it in web.config file.
