Upgrade 3.7 - 4.0: No data shown in Admin

Hi,

I've just upgraded a nopCommerce NO Source 3.7 to the latest 4.0 build, followed all the upgrade scripts to the DB, site loads with default theme and everything seems to work fine no errors or warnings. Browsing around the public store i can see the categories and products have loaded up ok, but when I log into the admin site both the categories, orders and products don't appear, in addition to the plugins folder where no plugins appear (see attached screenshots) I can't understand what is happening, any advice would be much appreciated.

Hello,

First of all run your project in some different browser and check admin area in different browser also and then "clear cache" of Browser and clear your cache from nopCommerce admin area also .

it's old cache problem !!! clear it .. it will works fine nothing else..

Thanks for your advice, the site is on a new url so initially discounted it as a caching issue, but ready to try anything,  I now have tried in pretty much all the browsers now, clearing cache within the browser and application, restarting many times but still no joy. For a little more info the site is running on a Windows 2008R2 Box with IIS7.5.

Just solved my own problem.
Looking in IIS within ISAPI Filters I had UrlScan 3.1 running which was causing the issue is screenshot, removed this and all is good, thanks again for your help. https://ibb.co/mvvq1c
