excel export is not working

Hi All,

I have an issue on mu nop site that version 3.9. Clicking excel export all on products page but doesn't happen any action. export selected products is working there isn't any issue or XML export.. but when try to export all products afterthat doesn't happen any action on the page. How can I trace or fix the issue?

"Export (all found)" can take a long time if you have a lot of products.  It's possible it may even time out.  Check the System > Log for any errors.
