Discount not show in visual studio 2012

hai, good morning. i want ask about why discount subtotal in my laptop show and in my server is not show? my laptop use visual studio 2016 and my server use visual studio 2012

"my server use visual studio 2012" is confusing, because Visual Studio is a developer tool, and not typically on a server.

Discount information is dependent on the configuration in admin > promotions > discount > requirements.   Check the settings in each environment.
