admin IP to log in in back end

Hello guys i just added my IP address for the back end environment and i click on save button

when i try to login and fill the form i log in inside the back end

but show me this message can you please help

Access denied.

i try to execute the query

Changed database context to 'my database '. and i got this error

UPDATE Nop_Setting
SET [value] = ''
WHERE [name] = 'Security.AdminAreaAllowedIP'
Msg 208, Level 16, State 1, Line number 1
Invalid object name 'Nop_Setting'.

Did you try restarting application or application pool?

Yes its okey i just restart the application pool because i forgoted
