Cannot Publish Nopcommerce v4.0 using IIS 8.5 on Windows Server 2012 Standard R2

Dear All,

I faced the problem when i have to publish nopcommerce out into local server support with IIS 8.5. There are more need requirement more than on the documentation mentioned about installation nopcommerce v4.0.

My server requirements are :

1. Windows 2012 Server Standard R2
2. .NET Core 2.1.x
3. Visual Studio 2017
4. Web Deploy Version 2.0.x ( Web Deploy version above not support to Deploy a publish web on IIS 8.5 on fact. Even the Web Deploy installed from Web Platform Installer)
5. There are more setting up to publish the Nop.Web from Management Services on the IIS.

But all above requirement still can't publish nopcommerce v4.0 into IIS System in the local server.

Please any one who have experience how to publish nopcommerce 4.0 on IIS 8.5, please let me now.
