[NOP 4.0] Cookie Warning - "Accept button" doesn't work?

Hi!

1. nopCommerce version [4.0]
2. Expected behawior [After click on "ok" buton. Cookie UE Warning is closing.
3. Actual behawior  [CLick on "ok" buton nothing change. And we can't close this warning.]
4. Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Turn on UE Cookie.
2. Go to any page with private mode... try close warning...

5. Any private modifications you made to your nopCommerce

We use Element Theme from NopTemplates. On local host it's works, but on azure stop :/ don't know why. (Actual i turn off this on our page). Maybe someone report similar problem?

You can check with default theme in Azure server.
If it's work with Default theme and does not work with Element theme, than ask to nopTemplate team.
They will guide you.

I cannot reproduce it with the default theme. It works fine

We found a reason. We have redirect in web.config. After remove it, this start working.
