Dropshipping with AliExpress

If you're using nopCommerce for dropshipping with AliExpress, do you use any automated tools to update nopCommerce with each product's with seller's price change and inventory? I know nopCommerce supports an admin panel for each vendor but do vendors really going to spend time at each seller's site and manually updating this kind of information?
