There is no feature available in admin section but if you still want to see how many people have subscribed and who subscribed for your website you can always see their e-mail address and number of people in your database..

Go to nop_NewsletterSubscription Table

Thanks for the info on the sql table. I just installed the product 7/30/10 and came across this issue 8/1/10. Just curious why the newsletter feature is available when the admin interface isn't developed yet. Is this product that new? I'm new to  ecommerce but I like what I see in nopCommerce so far..... Keep up the great development!
