Design Bug in Forum section

There is a design bug in both themes in forum section (nopClassic Theme / darkOrange Theme)

(Bug) When we view forum in earlier versions of mozilla 3.2 to 3.5, I.E 7 , IE 6 or any earlier version than 8,  the "Quote" button of forum is displayed in the message body:

(No Bug ) When we view forum in latest version of browsers ie. I.E 8 or in 3.6 Mozilla then the "Quote" button is displayed fine in the title bar like this:

Another bug:


There is a bug in all the versions of nopCommerce in Forum Area (in both themes)
If the any user's e-mail address is long, it doesn't fit in the user column, the e-mail address overlappes the message

I think this bug should be fixed so that even if the e-mail address is long, code should adjust it within the user column or it should be displayed in 2 lines.

I guess these design bugs should be fixed in upcoming versions like 1.8 so that design of both default themes should be compatible with all browsers...
