Where can I change this message on home page?

By creating an account at nopCommerce you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

This message appears on the login page and can be changed from logging into admin and then go to Content Management menu and click the localization link. Now in the Resource name box type "Login.NewCustomerText" and click search. One item will show up click edit and modify this value.
