Problem of installing ver 1.9

Hi, there.
I uploaded all files of ver 1.9 no-source version to my testing web site: site.winpearl.com via FTP program FillZilla. When I entered site.winpearl.com/Install/install.aspx in the address bar of browser. It downloads the file (install.aspx) instead of showing installation window.
Any advise?
