API Passing hard coded credit card exp. date of 12/12 - for months!!!

I just found out that someone I paid to set up my API for my web store made and error, and all of the credit card exp. dates being passed to the system are hard coded as 12/12.  Some of them got through, so I just thought business was slow.  My personal credit card transactions always worked when I tested them.  It has been 5 months and I have JUST NOW found out I have lost thousands of dollars in orders.  I am devistated and need this fixed NOW.  Can someone help me? Please only respond if you can work on this and fix it immediately.  We will discuss rate as well. Thank you.
