Change default page in 2.10

I just installed 2.10 and I had a index.html page but it automatically redirects to default.aspx.

Just while we test, how can I get it so it defaults to my index.html page?

The easiest way to do this, is to set a default document in IIS.

yes, I have already set index.html above default.aspx in IIS.   It appears that in nopcommerce it does a redirect.   I just need to find where it's doing this and change.

Question, does NopCommerce 2.10 have URLrewrite.config?   I can't seem to find it.
