import from exel

when ı'm trying to import products from exel,and if product name is with number like 120 i had EntityValidationErrors.How can i fix it?

Try adding ' before the name in Excel

I'm also have problem with number of distinct products.I have 12102 products at my database but they are calculeted by nop only 3840.What is the problem?
