Can't see "forcesslforallpages" in 2.65 upgrade

Greetings,

I upgraded from 2.60 to 2.65 successfully. Everything is fine except for this one...

In the change log it says "Added a setting ('securitysettings.forcesslforallpages') indicating whether all pages should be forced to use SSL."

I don't see this setting anywhere in Admin > Configuration > Settings > General and Misc Settings > Security Settings...

How do I enable "forcesslforallpages" from admin panel.

Is it achievable only through changing source code and then recompile the solution?

Admin > Configuration > Settings > All Settings. Then manually change 'securitysettings.forcesslforallpages' setting value to 'true'
