Hi! I need a new shipping method for my web site, Shipping by Region / Province. Anyone has also developed something similar? Is there any guideline for developing a new shipping method?

Copy an existing plugin like Nop.Plugin.Shipping.ByWeight as a starting point.

The above "how to " link does not mention it, but be sure that your view is embedded, and that all the References are marked Copy local : false
