Could anyone show me how to show the image of (product) categories? I need to show a list of categories with their images.

This is a very generic question, can you tell us what exactly you want to do and what is the problem you are facing? Actually if you have a look at the Views and Controllers for Catalog, you'll find tons of 'example codes'. :D
