How to configure live chat in nopCommerce?
Please provide whole document which gives information regarding configuring live chat including button code and monitoring code.

I see you never got a reply. Did you ever configure Livechat?
I loaded it today and tried to follow the instructions. It appears to me that Livechat plug-in is just an interface to an online service. The livechat.com service is expecting you to have an account and pay per message using in chatting. This can be hundreds of dollars per month.
From creating an account with livechat.com you can then enter the configuration items in the plug-in.
For me this was not my expectation so I uninstalled the plug-in.
