securitysettings.forcesslforallpages stopped working after 2.8 to 3.0 upgrade

In 2.8 I set securitysettings.forcesslforallpages to true and it worked great. Now after the 3.0 upgrade this setting no longer works. I've tried changing the Store from All Stores to my specific store and this made no differences.

Turned out that the single store settings hadn't carried over on this admin setting: /Admin/store/List

After upgrade, edit the single store and add back the SSL url for your site.
