Plugin RouteProviders removed in 3.00

Hi,

The RouteProvider classes that used to reside in the root of plugins have been removed in version 3.00.

Is this class no longer needed, or does this have something to do with the new multi-store/vendor architecture?

Actually they never was required. That's why why some of them were removed
