Best method to copy contents from Production 1.90 version to sub domain 3.0 versions?

My planned is to copy the contents from production 1.90 version to sub domain 3.0 version? I got two databases for two versions separated and my contents are registered users info., and products stuff. Any suggestion would greatly appreciate.
