Is there a guide to all the settings that can be used for nopCommerce anywhere?

I am new to nopCommerce and have noticed a NopConfig section and also some appSettings (GoogleEnvironment, UseSSL) in the nopCommerce no source website.

It would be great to know all of the options available for nopCommerce.
