rtl layout issue

Hi,
I'm using nop 3.0 with an rtl language (Hebrew).
when I use the rtl language the "add to cart" button move aside when I point with mouse on it (hoover).
also when checking out the check out the middle div moves to the left...
that happens when using explorrer.

also when using chrom there are layout issues...
what am I missing?
I there any reasonable reason for that?
Was the RTL layout tested?

Any help is most welcomed...

are you using Default Clean / Dark Orange / or something else ?

Did you do any changes to the theme or to the CSS ?

I'm using the default clean theme.
No changes with the CSS.

it sound strange,
can you give a link to your store, so i can see the problem.
