Upload images broken on blog post?

Does the blog feature support uploading images? I tried out this feature using the demo admin site, but I keep getting an error.

Is this just because the demo site is configured to disallow image uploads? Or is this because nopCommerce simply doesn't support uploading images into blog posts?

Repro steps:
1. go to http://admin-demo.nopcommerce.com/admin/
2. log in with the demo login
3. go content management -> blog -> blog posts
4. click edit on any of the blog posts
5. click somewhere in the blog body
6. click the "insert/edit image" icon
7. click the plus sign to add directory
8. click ok on the dialog saying "no folder was selected. do you want to add a new ..."

Expected:
I should be able to add a directory and then upload images to that directory.

Actual:
I get the error message saying "[object Object]"

Yes, the blog image upload does work in real life; I use it on my blog.  I guess it is just disabled for the demo site.  

One thing that you need to look out for is if you insert an image and nothing appears click the html button and see it the width and height style attributes of the image are set to 0.  This happened a few times on my site.  It really confused me. :-)
