on 2.80 install i followed tasks from https://www.nopcommerce.com/docs/80/upgrading-nopcommerce.aspx
Copied my *.txt files back after updated files.
Sql script ran fine.
Now I get this error:
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
I confirmed and reset NETWORKSERVICE to all child folders. Same error results. 2.80 was running perfect prior to update.
Did I miss something?
