Getting Error: There are no valid services available. (code: 556)

Hi, We have implemented FedEx shipping in one our client's site using nopCommerce 2.65. The primary currency is set to Singapore Dollars. We are getting this error "There are no valid services available. (code: 556)", after choosing shipping address during checkout. Is there is a fix for this? Please let me know.
