Is there any way to link product attributes to another product?

For example, I am looking at the black version of the product. On the color dropdown list, I choose blue. Then it takes me to the page of the blue version of the product.

I have been searching this for a couple of days.

So, is there step by step documentation on how to set up grouped products in the nopCommerce Admin?  I have the condition mentioned above with 1 shirt product with 10 different colors and 4 different sizes.
