Hi.
Would be great to see in NopCommerce such features as Additional Payments taking along with payments tracking.
For example customer bougt 1 item and paid 20$
Later i calling to the company and asking add another item into the order.
Retaking payments through full refund and taking another payment - 1) looks not nice 2) company loosing money on transaction fees from PSP.
Furtermore, in case of later refund sales team have to go into PSP merchant pages and process refunds manually, because payment been splitted between two transactions. After all, there is no any proper payments tracking excluding PSP merchant tools.
The things will be much simpler if NopCommerce would have a record for each transaction, along with PaymentId, that will be required for refund or void or capturing.
In that way i can refund each payments, I can see how much money have been captured already, Refunded amount will not be confusing anymore. I can provide refund straight from NopCommerce, as I have amount for each transaction.
