Configuration problems

After days of finally getting my  site running on my local server I was able to restore the shop I made some months ago
However now some problems occur.

example:
In my public pages from the top down in the index/home page  there is

wishlist wishlist.headerquantity
shoppingcart shoppingcart.headerquantity

in the searchbox input field
search.searchbox.tooltip

the search button  says SEARCH.BUTTON

In the footer

Column 1 footer.information
Column 2 footer.customerservice
etc

after going to login page the same occurs

header account.login.newcustomer  etc etc

Upon logging into the admin  everything has  for example admin.configuration.settings.generalcommon

I look forward to hearing from anyone who can help with this dilemma

Check the store language and make sure you have localised versions of the strings

Check which language is your store's default language.

Go to the Configuration > Languages and ensure you have that language available.
