Migrating to azure

Hello,
Im trying to migrate a live nop 3.8 site to Azure.
First i create a blank database in azure SQL Server, then with the Data Migration Tool i copy the live database (Schema and data)
Then i create a WebApp and copy the files to wwwroot and change the connection string in settings.txt

What am i doing wrong???
Still cannot working
The error am facing is ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
even i flush the dns
