Hi,
the ideal word'll be with discount provider where i could define roles for discount and tier prices

hi, currently you can :

set up a customer role,

apply the role to a customer,

set up a discount which is applied to the customer role

= specific customer can have specified discount every time  they shop without having to enter a code
