Forum Features.. Added BBCodes

While I run a few vbulletin sites for larger forums..
The Nop Forum is nice to have and works great..

One thing I wouldn't mind is a better way to attach images..

There is the BBCode text editor but there are NO options to it..

The full HTML one works as long as you know what you are doing but for basic uses I would love a simple Image button.. or even an Image Upload feature..

This one is not bad..

Looks like I might try and add it as a new choice of editors..

Which does BBCode... and has a nice Image and You-tube functionality..

I looked at it all last night..
(Finally installed VS 2010)

I think it will be easier to just take the Code as is and expand on it..

Let's call it BBCode v2

I actually got a lot done and added the ability to add Image tags and have it all working ..

What else would people like?

Background?
You Tube?


Now's the time to give me a wish list..  I got a lot on my plate and want to get it all done once..

Two important things that are missing in BBCode:

1)Better Code posting, current [Code.] tag doesn't make any different between text and code, it should work like other editors like TinyMCE or Syntax poster : here's a screenshot: http://img834.imageshack.us/img834/4113/codeposting.jpg

2) We all make use of signature in forums, but currently BBCode doesn't allow HTML codes in it. So no one can post a hyperlink or make text as link in signature.

I was already working on the quote working better..
At least a way to make it stand out more..

As far as Signatures..
I will check on how to enable BBCodes in them..

I am going back and forth with the direction I am going to take..

Give me a week to play around and see what I can do..

But I found something similar that you might be happy with as well.. if that works we might be good..
