Discount type suggestion

Hello,

I require a discount type not provided by NOPCommerce.
In the available options a "Assigned to order subtotal" should be available. This is in case I don't want to make discount to shipping along with the products. The absence of this feature has been referensed by some users as a bug.

Is it possible to add this feature to the future release?

I don't quite understand what you're saying, because in 1.70 and later there IS an option to apply a discount to the order subtotal...

There was a discount type of "Assigned to order subtotal" in version 1.70, but it was changed to "Assigned to order total" in 1.80.

Ah... I haven't played with 1.80 yet... I just assumed it stayed the same.
