Support Tickets

I think having a ticket system for customer support may be beneficial because nopCommerce would be able to track the customer who submitted it. Also, from the many tickets that get submitted, a store owner could incorporate common questions into a general Frequently Asked Questions page. The open tickets would be displayed on the dashboard of the Administration section.

Great idea !!! Would be great to have this feature in nopCommerce.
Alternative: If nopCommerce's Forums Section is upgraded with more features then it can also be used as ticketing system.
