We have a website built on asp.net platform. We want to sell sarees(An
Indian female wear) on it.So for selling sarees we need to also add the
options of stiching blouse and petticoat(essential parts for wearing a
saree). So can we customize your shopping cart according to our
requirements.

it seems all you need is to add a few product attributes to your product to allow these options

this is not something you need a developer to do, whoever edits the product information can do this very easily
