Is it TFB so important and it depends on what?

Hello.

I have a website and I am worried about TFB /Time to first byte/ metrics. I see that this is important for Google.

Measuring it I am not sure - does it depend on my hosting or on the website CMS? It is 450 ms.

I use Webpagetest tool.
