copy changes other computer IE

I changed a nopcommerce website and it works fine so far.

I then copied the changed files to another computer  (on top of an existing nopcommerce copy).

IN  FF it picks up all the changes but in IE it wont pick up the changed style sheet and uses an old style sheet.

FF picks it up but not IE?
