Is there any minimum price option ? We may give discount to customers but for some products, price can never go down at a specified minimum price limit. Can this be added in upcoming versions ?
Given the discount on a product can be defined (applied to) a product Can you set up different discounts for different products and hence the minimum price as a result

If you are using discount setting "Cumulative with other discounts", or if you have different types of discounts (which are thus cumulative with other discounts), then no, there is no way to set a minimum product price without customization. (You can add a feature request here: https://github.com/nopSolutions/nopCommerce/issues)

Thank you very much . It took me a while to get the discount for a particular order to be indexed to the whole basket. It was as if the rest of the items were also at a discount, even though it wasn't profitable for us.
Well, there’s no such option but yes it can be achieved with some customisation if you could set minimum selling price on the product level and handle the same in the cart and on checkout then it would work as needed.
The discount and price calculation are already too complex and time taking, we shouldn’t complicate them more :)
