Payment status shown as 'Paid' for orders with zero total

NopCommerce v 1.60

Our client uses some goods with 0 prices and Manual Processing payment method.
Default checkout mark is 'Pending'.
All orders with zero total after checkout are shown as 'Paid' and credit card number is hidden with asterisks.

Is there any way to change it?
Is it possible to show credit card number till order status has been changed manually to 'Paid'?
