Plugin supported "Add products for $80 to have free shipping"

maybe somebody created plugin which have this functionality and can set rule which show in cart page information: "Add products for $80 to have free shipping" or something like this?

I checking plugins in nopcommerce marketplace but most of them looks like a clone a same functionality.

Maybe i missing somoething? We use 4.40.04 version.
