Copy and Paste Products

Is it possible to copy and past products to allow easy loading up of similar products - the user just edits the details of the product or image to differentiate them?

PayPal Standard

Is it on queue to prevent clear the shopping cart and register the transaction if the customer cancel or don't buy the product using Paypal standard?
